Where

The conventional wisdom has been that innovative planned communities can only take place in the clean slate of new suburban development.  Our plan from the beginning has been to demonstrate the viability of our responsible business model in a mature market.  Our site will be located in the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada, one of the most expensive markets in the world.  We feel this will be unequivocal proof of concept and provide a strong argument for the updating of urban planning guidelines everywhere.
